数据显示8月微软Bing在美市场份额升至9.3%

据国外媒体报道，美国互联网流量监测机构comScore日前公布的最新统计数据显示，今年8月期间，微软新型搜索引擎Bing(中文名称“必应”)美国市场份额比7月稍有增长，增至9.3%。

comScore数据还显示，从整体上看，今年8月美国搜索总量同比增长19.2%。以此为标准，则今年8月微软搜索量同比增长31.9%，今年7月其相应增长率为15.6%。
comScore称，今年8月谷歌美国市场份额为64.6%，稍低于今年7月的64.7%。今年8月雅虎相应市场份额为19.3%，Ask.com为3.9%；AOL为3.0%，低于今年7月的3.1%。

中国社交网站市场网易雅虎一进一退

尽管中国的SNS(社交网站)概念热火朝天，但是依旧没有找到真正能够独立盈利的模式。就在昨日，中国雅虎公告称10月30日起关停运营旗下SNS服务，网易则宣布进军SNS市场。这一进一退的背后实际上还是在寻找中国SNS行业的定位和突破口。
退：运营1年中国雅虎放弃SNS业务
仅仅过了一年，中国雅虎就停止了其SNS产品“雅虎关系”。昨日，中国雅虎方面表示，关停“雅虎关系”属于正常的运作调整，未来中国雅虎的运营重点将放在资讯上。
实际上，阿里巴巴[18.10 -6.32%]近期不断地整合雅虎中国的业务，8月底宣布旗下中国雅虎业务的新重组计划，将2008年6月刚刚并入中国雅虎的分类信息业务口碑网的资产分拆出来，注入淘宝网。中国雅虎发言人称，剥离了口碑网的中国雅虎将重新回到门户定位上来，着重发展门户、搜索、邮箱等业务。
实际上，阿里巴巴并非没有SNS战略，其最新版本的SNS已经在淘宝正式上线。外界认为，阿里巴巴没有必要做两个SNS系统，而且淘宝庞大的用户人群，以及共同的消费意愿更加适合做SNS。

中联通3G商用后套餐外可视电话网内打一送一

9月22日消息，对于10月1日起将执行的中国联通3G正式商用资费，消息人士透露，虽然正式商用后取消了试商用期间资费减半的政策，但中国联通采取了其他优惠举措。其中，3G可视电话超出套餐的部分，网内打一分钟即送一分钟。
试商用期间，中国联通可视电话基本资费为拨打0.9元/分钟，接听免费；国内漫游费拨打1.2元/分钟，接听0.9元/分钟；国内长途费1.2元/分钟。此外，可视电话可选包分为两种，30元的可视电话可选包，包含100分钟国内通话时长，相当于0.3元/分钟；50元的可视电话可选包，包含180分钟国内通话时长，相当于0.27元/分钟。
国内通话时长包括本地或国内（不含港澳台）漫游状态时拨打国内（不含港澳台）电话及国内（不含港澳台）漫游时接听电话的时长，而本地接听免费。此外，在试商用期间，中国联通实行资费减半的优惠政策。
正式商用后，虽然取消了试商用期间资费减半的政策，但中国联通采取了其他优惠举措。其中，3G可视电话超出套餐的部分，网内打一分钟即送一分钟。

中国联通表示，3G试商用友好体验用户可在9月28日前将试商用套餐变更为正式商用套餐，9月28日前未变更套餐的用户，将被自动转入同档位正式商用套餐

谷歌Zoho与微软的海外战争在中印打响

普里维斯·莫克吉（Prithwis Mukerjee）任职于印度东部的印度理工学院，他需要一个方便且低成本的软件来让学生创建电子表格，但他没有求助于电子表格软件的鼻祖——微软，而是选择了一款知名度小的、免费的软件，因为这款基于Web的免费软件比微软的Excel更具灵活性，而且更便宜。
在业内人士看来，准备迎接这一挑战的是两家总部位于加州的公司。一个是谷歌，另一个是赢得了像Mukerjee这样的客户信任的Zoho公司。此前，微软统治了美国的付费软件和软件开发市场，但是谷歌和Zoho希望通过降低产品价格和更广泛的产品线来缩小微软的市场份额。“这将是个更加开放的领域，”IDC分析师弗兰克·根斯说，“他们没必要踢走微软。”
尽管亚洲的付费软件的市场比美国小，但也在以两倍的速度增长。根据技术研究机构Gartner的数据，2008年亚洲的付费软件的销售总额为12亿美元，同比增长13.2%。在北美，2008年办公软件较同期的67亿美元增长了6%。而在亚洲和北美这两个市场，微软占有了95%的市场份额，而且在过去三年这一比例没有受到丝毫影响。
与“云”的第一次亲密接触
专家认为，微软与谷歌和Zoho两位挑战者的主要卖点就是价格，尤其是预算有限的小型企业和学校，如印度理工学院。但微软希望顾客可以接受在互联网上使用这种软件的方式，而不是通过下载到电脑里的软件程序。这种通过互联网来创建、编辑以及共享的新的软件使用模式，也就是常说的“云计算”。
现在一些亚洲地区的企业正在开始适应云计算应用软件，但企业仍然关注数据隐私安全，以及像9月1日发生的很多谷歌Gmail服务中断的问题。Zoho的首席执行官斯里德哈·温布说：由于印度有很多计算机用户不熟悉微软的Office和其他桌面软件，他们对云计算很感兴趣，因此我们已经把这看作为主要的市场机会。
自从1996年Zoho营业以来，已经吸引了40万的用户，其中有20%来自印度和中国地区。Zoho目前有至少300名员工在本部工作。在中国，Zoho与当地的Baidu公司建立了合作关系。随着中国公众对电脑，手机，宽带互联网的需求正以高于西方的速度增长，温布预测在今后的10年内，Zoho的主要收入来源将来自中国和印度的客户。
IDC估计，到2013年，印度的连接互联网电脑的数量将从3290万台增长到7350万台。当地居民可以通过手机使用Zoho，以及其他网上应用软件。
3G的使用量增加
在印度，Zoho软件的移动版本很受欢迎，手机的销售额要远远超过电脑的销售额。通过移动Web应用程序，以及苹果iPhone和其它智能手机的使用，学生可以在没有电脑的家里和其他地方完成自己的家庭作业。
据统计，印度企业的销售人员的手机和电脑都喜欢安装商用软件，而且这一趋势正在逐渐增加。2008年，总部位于孟买的一家数据存储公司NetMagic Solutions签署了使用Zoho的客户管理管理软件（CRM），以帮助不同部门的销售团队共享客户信息。但是，这种良好的市场趋势也会遇到大问题。首先，印度的很多地方网络连接稀少是个很大的问题。Zoho公司的首席技术官加亚巴兰·苏巴玛尼安说：“有销售人员投诉，旅途中有时不能连接到Zoho。”现在AT&T公司在全印度推出了其3G无线宽带网络，NetMagic说这已成为一个令人担心的问题。
谷歌也在印度推出了其在线付费软件服务。谷歌应用服务高级产品经理拉杰斯·谢斯（Rajeth Sheth）说：“我们的战略就和我们在美国所作的一样，我们将利用我们网站的特性让人们在线注册。”据悉，谷歌的付费软件的市场份额和微软比较的话，在亚太地区仅为0.05%，即年收入60万美元，在北美的比例为0.03%，也就是年收入210万美元略多。
微软也计划开发基于Web的应用程序
谷歌和Zoho一样，其付费商用软件都对个人和公司收费，使其可以像一些网络软件的特色功能一样，可以实现方便的网络服务和共享。谷歌在不断的扩大客户群，把例如法律外包公司Mindcrest，电信运营商Bharti Airtel，以及互联网服务商Sify这样的公司列为自己的客户。谷歌还和超过100家印度大学签署了合作协议，并且宣布会在近期将其Gmail服务本地化。

王建宙：中移动应用商店下载达23万次

9月14日上午消息，中国移动总裁王建宙在北京举行的中国通信业发展高层论坛上透露，截止9月11日，中国移动的Mobile Market移动应用商店的下载量已经达到了23万次，软件的下载排在第一位。
王建宙表示，Mobile Market现在还是比较小范围的开放，但是开放以后反响热烈。从8月17号发布到现在，上线应用有1600个，热门的音乐有1万首，视频节目有2万条，另外各种书籍有1500本。

王建宙透露，截止到9月11号，累计应用下载达到了23万次，平均每一个应用下载达到143次。
