法国朗德鹅简介

朗德鹅又称西南灰鹅，原产于法国西南部靠比斯开湾的朗德省，是世界著名的肥肝专用品种，专家推崇的肥肝型用鹅。

一、产地

朗德鹅又称西南灰鹅，原产于法国西南部靠比斯开湾的朗德省，是世界著名的肥肝专用品种，专家推崇的肥肝型用鹅。

二、特征

毛色灰褐，颈部、背部接近黑色，胸部毛色较浅，呈银灰色，腹下部则呈白色，也有部分白羽个体或灰白色个体。通常情况下，灰羽毛较松，白羽毛较紧贴，喙橘黄色，胫、蹼肉色，灰羽在喙尖部有一深色部分。

三、性能

1、产蛋：一般在头年11月——次年5月为产蛋期。平均产蛋30—40枚/年，蛋重160—200g。

2、体重：成年公鹅7—8千克。成年母鹅6—7千克。8周龄仔鹅体重4.5千克左右，肉用仔鹅经填肥后重达10—11千克。肥肝均重700—800克。羽绒每个在拔两次毛的情况下，达350—450克。

3、繁殖：性成熟期180天。一般210天开产，种蛋受精率在80%左右，母鹅有较强的就巢性，雏鹅成活率在90%以上。

四、鹅产品

主要产品有肉、蛋、肥肝、羽绒。鹅制品有：鹅头、鹅掌、鹅翅、鹅肠、鹅肾。副产品有：鹅血、鹅胆、鹅掌黄皮。

五、用途价值

朗德鹅不是普通的肉鹅，而是专家推崇的肥肝型专用鹅，以提取鹅肥肝和制取肥肝酱为主体。其用途大体可概括为：肝用、肉用、加工用、药用。其经济价值，食用价值，营养价值远远高于普通的肉鹅。鹅肉鲜嫩味美，营养丰富，且具有低脂肪，低脂固醇的特点，因此其鹅肉制品均优于中国的白鹅。目前，国内市场价：鹅头34元/千克，鹅掌24元/千克，鹅翅16元/千克，鹅肉10元/千克。国际市场鹅肉的需求量明显呈增长趋势，东南亚、俄罗斯、中亚各国、中东伊斯兰国家都喜欢吃鹅肉。在欧洲，鹅肉价高于鸡肉价2—3倍，法国、德国则高于3.5倍。鹅血、鹅胆、鹅掌黄皮、鹅肝经深加工，可制成多种抗癌、保健药物和抗生素物及医用化工原料。鹅羽绒市场价为1.8—2.2万元/T，可制成风靡全球的防寒保暖绒衣、绒被。朗德鹅肥肝不是普通鹅肝，朗德鹅肥肝质地鲜嫩，味美独特，营养丰富，肥肝中含有大量对人体有益的的不饱和脂肪和多种维生素，最适于儿童和老年人食用，在国际上是珍贵的畅销营养美食品。朗德鹅肝含脂量高达60—70%左右，其脂肪酸组成：软酸21—22%，硬脂酸11—12，亚油酸1—2%，16稀酸3—4%，肉豆蔻酸1%，不饱和脂肪酸65—68%，每100克肥肝中卵磷脂含量高达4.5—7克，脱氧核糖核酸和核糖核酸9—13.5克。不饱和脂肪酸可降低人体血液中胆固醇的含量。“卵磷脂”是当今国际市场保健药物和食品中必不可少的重要成份，它具有降低血脂，软化血管，延缓衰老，防治心脑血管疾病发生的功效；而且亚油酸为人体所必需，且在人体内不能合成。由于鹅肉肝含有诸多对人体健康有利的因素，是欧美飞行员每餐必备的食品，所以被誉为世界“绿色食品之王”和“桌上皇帝”。

赶超奥运婚潮 合肥市私家车扮婚车

这几天，合肥街头挂着“喜”字的迎亲车队逐渐多起来，其中不乏高档私家车身影。

“现在每天都有五六个私家车主希望挂靠。”26日，合肥博文礼仪公司负责人蔡博文告诉记者，去年同期挂靠的私家车有十几辆，今年由于要求挂靠的车辆较多，经过对车况车型的挑选，现已确定了30辆。

“往年我们主要使用婚庆车队的车辆，今年把私家车也招入麾下。”田合所在的婚庆公司，目前挂靠的私家车有20多辆。

并不是所有来挂靠的私家车都能进入婚庆队伍。首府的婚庆市场上，目前使用较多的车型主要是别克、奥迪、宝马等，这些车做婚车时收费从150元至600元不等。

对于眼下一些苦于应对养车费用的车主来说，加入婚车队伍，则不失为一种收入。在幸福路一所学校当老师的雷艳有一辆别克车，她给记者算了一笔账：“算上油费，每月养车的费用在1500元以上，如果当婚车，每次收费150元，除去婚庆公司的5%-10%的提成，一天至少可收入130元。一个月接上十几场婚礼，就够一个月的养车费，剩下的就是赚的了。”

一辆车在一场婚礼上使用的时间是三四个小时，由于新疆民族众多，各民族结婚时间段不同，一天下来一辆婚车可接两三场婚礼。以一辆宝马来说，一天接两场婚礼能挣上千元。

对于车主的经济账，婚庆公司也乐于接受。田合表示，每年7月到10月是首府婚庆市场的旺季，加之今年为奥运年，更多年轻人选择七八月份结婚。虽然婚庆公司有固定的车队合作者，但为备繁忙急用，招揽私家车，成了婚庆公司眼下要做的事情。

据蔡博文介绍，现在来咨询婚庆服务的顾客比去年同期多了20%-30%，其中较多顾客选择七八月份结婚。

情缘婚庆公司的负责人说，从今年开始，婚庆市场出现了四五个“新面孔”，市场竞争显得日渐激烈。

正是因为如此，为保证婚车数量，部分合肥婚庆公司不得不提高婚车收费，以往婚庆旺季时每辆车的收费涨幅也不过二三十元，今年婚车在7月、8月间的收费涨幅将在50元以上。

装修前的准备工作

选择是包清工还是包工包料

包工包料是指将购买装饰材料的工作委托装饰公司，由对方统一报出材料费和工费。

包清工就是自己来买材料，由工人来施工，工费付给装饰公司或施工队，材料费由户主自己负担。

包清工的优点是支出透明，由于是亲自购买，每种材料具体花多少钱业主很清晰。弊端是用户需要花费很大的精力和时间，如果购买材料不及时，容易延误工期。最主要的是业主对装饰材料的质量难以把握，对材料的质地、用途了解甚少，而且因为一次购买的数量少，往往买不到批发价格。一旦工程质量出现问题，不易分清是工艺质量问题，还是材料质量问题。

包工包料的优点是省时省力，可以省去客户很多麻烦。但是价格一般很高！比自己装修要多花很多钱！装饰公司常与材料供应商打交道，都有自己固定的供货渠道、相应的检验手段，因此很少买到假冒伪劣的材料。装饰公司对于常用材料都会大批购买，因此能拿到很低的价格。就供料商来讲，也不会轻易把不合格的装饰材料卖给装饰公司。因为供料商很清楚，在目前买方市场的形势下，能保住一个固定的大客户是相当不容易的，稍有不慎就会丢失一个客户，所以非常注重诚信经营。

装修知识：建材选购

建材归纳分类大致有如下几种：电线(强电线、弱电线)；给水管道(冷水管、热水管)；木材(木方材、木板材)；瓷砖(墙砖、地砖；外墙砖、内墙砖)；油漆、涂料；家电(灶具、灯饰、智能设备、空调等)；部品设备(厨房、卫生间器具)；紧固件材料(化学黏结剂、五金紧固件)；装饰五金配件、玻璃、镜面等。

购买时关键是要抓住主要问题。很多消费者选择材料首先就考虑价格，但价格并不是主要问题，更重要的是要考虑以下几个方面：考虑材料及部品的使用功能性及使用场所；考虑装修后使用时的方便性和耐用性；考虑今后维修、调换的可能性和便捷性。

" 首先，除了请行家一同前往购买，或加强学习、学会辨别外，对于消费者来说，购买建材一定要去正规的家装市场和规范经营、信誉较好的经销店。

其次，要向经营者索取发票或购货凭证。必须要求经销商在发票或购货凭证上特别注明所购建材产品的名称、规格、等级、品牌等，注明店铺名称、购物时间，并索取质量责任单。这样，若日后发现所购建材产品有质量问题，也有凭证可依。

第三，消费者在看产品的检测报告时，要看抽检报告而不要看委托报告。检测报告上应有检测单位的印章，复印件无效。有必要的话，还可以要求商家出示“绿色”环保证书。

第四，要注意看清产品包装上的日期，保质期模糊不清的，可就要多个心眼了。此外，还要注意产品标识、厂名、净含量等是否齐全。

第五，有的商家在给消费者看证书时，可以拿出一大堆，消费者应该注意这样一个细节，比如说，证书上如写着“该产品符合国家地板革类GB18586-2001标准”，就一定要验证一下产品的包装盒上是否印有同样的文字。有的经销商在证书上敢制假，但却不敢在包装上作假，主要是怕被消费者抓住把柄投诉。

装修知识：材料陷阱

一些施工队就往往在此家装材料的成色、品牌、价格方面作文章，以劣代优；以低价报高价；以次品报正品来欺瞒业主。这种手法在包工包料的形式中多会出现。

材料采购陷阱：

家庭装修涉及采购多种材料。市场上各种品牌、各档价位的商品令人眼花缭乱，不同材质的材料，虽然外观差别不大，但质量、价格却相差很远。有的装修公司与建材商“唱双簧”，以高价向房主推销低档建材。装修公司将房主推荐到“放心”的建材商店，给建材商介绍“业务”的装修公司要以心安理得地拿到提成。

装修知识：装修中的欺诈表现方式

以不赚钱为名，招揽业务。家庭装修也应有一个造价预算的程序：材料费、施工费、管理费、利润等都应该明确，而没有信誉、质量和服务保证的装修公司或施工队往往采取一口报价或低于别人报价的作法承揽业务。

偷漏工程项目。利用客户不懂装修，因此在施工项目单上有意漏项，到施工期间再增项增加报价。虽有看似详细的报价单，但在计算施工面积的数量时有意加大面积。如重复计算施工面积（该剔除的不剔除），或不规则处按最大尺寸计算面积。材料以次充好。报价单上的材料与实际使用的不符，特别是基层采用伪劣材料以降低成本。或有意加大材料损耗，并借损耗之名加大工程量。减少施工程序、偷工减料以减少成本。如本该刷六道油漆的只刷两道，水泥以次充好，木质基层不作牢固处理，楔头 全部变成钉子连接，乳胶漆加水比例不对等。用流行的套餐报价法蒙骗客户，看似科学，实际项目含糊。装修前竭力吹嘘，承揽业务，装修竣工后，出现质量问题便逃之夭夭，质量和维修成了大问题。

防止欺诈行为

不能因贪图小便宜而放弃原则。

要在合同签订前弄清自己所需要的材料、施工程序以及服务项目。

认真选择一家有信誉有实力的装修公司，尊重其劳动所得的合理利润 。

检查报价单所列项目的名称、材料、数量、做法、单价、总价。

注明增减项目等有关事宜。

施工图上注明详细的施工做法和材料品名，作为合同附件。
